If you invite us to conduct a creativity workshop for your firm, here are several tips we're likely to share with you.
Work on your weaknesses.
Play to your strengths.
Larry Bird (athlete)
Let us fix you up with a "sister company" in German-speaking Europe, whether or not you plan to do business there. Your sister company will be in a related field, but not your exact same business -- so they'll know your field well, and from a doubly new perspective, but they won't be a competitor. Simply getting together with them and exchanging ideas is sure to benefit both of you. If you one day decide to go global, you'll have access to your sister firm's network in your new environment.
One effective way to brainstorm is to write with your off hand. If you're left-handed, and sales have been down lately, use your right hand to jot down ten minutes of thoughts about sales. If you're right-handed, and not happy with your advertising campaign, write about advertising for ten minutes using your left hand. Do this daily, or weekly, until advertising and sales are up.
"You believe in what I'm doing. That makes so much difference."
